- People Management: Streamline employee information and leave management processes
Responsibilities
- Conduct R&D: Engage in innovative research and experimentation to enhance our products functionality and performance
- Product Development: Research, develop and maintain front-end and back-end components with a focus on innovation and cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams on defining and implementing new features and functionalities
- Performance Optimisation: Identify and address performance and scalability issues within the platform
- Tech Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in full-stack engineering
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a backend language (Python, Java, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for technology and research, with a desire to contribute to cutting-edge projects
- Strong English proficiency are critical for our global, diverse team
