- People Management: Streamline employee information and leave management processes
Responsibilities
- Research Leadership: Lead the research, development, and maintenance of front-end and back-end components of our web platform
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, and implement new features and functionalities
- API Integration: Integrate our platform with external systems through APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience
- Performance Optimisation: Proactively identify and address performance and scalability issues within the platform, optimising for efficiency and reliability
- Product Improvement: Work closely with product teams to understand research requirements, translate them into technical solutions
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with at least 3 year of experience in full-stack engineering
- Proven expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a backend language (Python, Java, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers effectively, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working closely with business and product teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Strong English proficiency are critical for our global, diverse team
