- Resume Screening: For HRs to identify the best candidates by correlating hiring criteria with candidates' experiences and skills
- Employee Engagement: Provide managers with in-depth diagnostics on team or company culture
- People Management: Streamline employee information and leave management processes
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to expand our market presence and reach new customers
- Provide consulting and advisory services to clients on people management, DEI, ESG initiatives
- Cultivate and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers
- Support the development of materials and presentations for business pitches, client meetings and investor meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate business development efforts and ensure alignment with company objectives
Who We’re Looking For
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the team
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in consulting, human resources, business development or marketing is a plus
- Strong English proficiency and effective communication are critical for our global, diverse team
