As we continue to grow and expand, we're seeking an ESG Strategy Intern to support our ESG approach in product and business development, research, and content creation.

- Resume Analysis: For job seekers to improve their resumes for their dream roles with AI-generated feedback and recommendations (Click here to try!)
- Resume Screening: For HRs to identify the best candidates by correlating hiring criteria with candidates' experiences and skills
- Employee Engagement: Provide managers with in-depth diagnostics on team or company culture
- People Management: Streamline employee information and leave management processes
Responsibilities
- Research and analyse ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform our ESG strategy
- Develop and strategise ESG-related content, including blog posts, white papers, and social media posts
- Support the integration of ESG considerations into our product development and business growth strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential ESG-related business opportunities and partnerships
- Support the development of materials and presentations for business pitches, client meetings and investor meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate business development efforts and ensure alignment with company objectives
Who We’re Looking For
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Social Impact, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret ESG-related data
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the team
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in ESG, sustainability, or social impact or marketing is a plus
- Strong English proficiency and effective communication are critical for our global, diverse team
